Maths

There are 4 apples in a row.
There are 6 rows.
How many apples are there altogether.
I think the answer is 24 because 4x6=24


There are 5 cars in a row.
There are 4 rows.
How many cars are there altogether.
I think the answer is 20 because 5x4=20


There are 7 cups in a row.
There are 5 rows.
How many cups are there altogether.
I think the answer is 35 because 7x5=35


There are 12 houses in a row.
There are 6 rows.
How many houses are there altogether.
I think the answer is 72 because 12x6=72


There are 8 bikes in a row.
There are 3 rows.
How many bikes are there altogether.
I think the answer is 24 because 8x3=24

There are 14 dolls in a row.
There are 6 rows.
How many dolls are there altogether.
I think the answer is 84 because 14x6=
split 14 into 10 and 4 then go 6x10=60
6x4=24

60+24=84
