This is what I know about ANZAC! Please comment down below about what you enjoy about this blog!
Also, question of the day is, If you had the chance to, would you join the war?

Today, as I told you guys, we had White Sunday practice at church! White Sunday is where all children of the church each get a bible verse, or a lesson to say. What ever they say is based on the topic that their teacher has came up with! I am in room 3 ages 11 - 14 and our topic is based on the importance of the blood of Jesus! Anywho, my little brothers practice was at twelve and mine was at five so we were at church the whole day! It was so fun, we have another practice on Sunday and then the actual White Sunday is next week on the 6th of May!
Here is my reflection:

I hope you guys have enjoyed my reflection make sure to comment what you think about my work down below! Check out my recent blogs and give me some feedback and feedforward about it! Bye :)

The blog of hers that I will be commenting on is her Happy 42 Birthday Aunty! Here is the comment:
The reason on why I commented on Aletheia's blog is because she is like someone who is addicted to gaming but instead she is to blogging (get what I mean?) She has over 2000 blogs and is such an awesome blogger. She has came first place in the Winter blogging journey (I think that's what it is called?) And she has won tons of prizes from it! A Good Friend and what it is!

A Good Friend and what it is!
IALT: talk about what I know about a good friend!
Kia Ora and welcome to my blog! Tonight I will be sharing with you guys a DLO that I have recently made about being a good friend!

Disclaimer: Before I get started I would just like to let you guys know that this is what I think about a good friend and my knowledge about a good friend! We all have different thoughts and these are mine!

Questions:
What is a good friend?
What does a good friend look like?
What does it feel like to have a good friend?
What is the importance of having a good friend?

I have multiple best friends in fact we are so close that we call each other sisters! We hang out with each other all the time and are there for eachother at any time! I think that is the best part about having friends is that you know you can get knocked down but will get back up with the help of your friends! I am grateful for all my friends because without them I wouldn't be the person I am today! Here is a best friend quote that I read over multiple times!

The Warriors WON????

The Warriors Game!!
Namaste and welcome to my blog, tonight I thought about talking about the Warriors game that was hosted at the Mount Smart stadium at eight o'clock! I did not go but my little brother and dad did, instead I went to my nenas house and spent time with all my little cousins! I still wanted to talk about the game because I still part of it on T.V and saw half the people there when dropping and picking up my little brother and dad!

Okay, so the plan was that me and my sister would go to church for practice for white Sunday, while my mum drops my dad and brother off, but that all changed! The reason was is, the time of the practice that we got told was WRONG! The people said 6 but it was at 5 so I got there and it was basically finished! Anywho, when my sister and I got home from church we jumped in with the rest of our family and went for a ride to Mount Smart! The que was long but we still made it in time! Before they left we took some photos of them and they then walked to their seats! 💨

After that, my sister and I started to crave Frozen cokes so my mum took us to Burger King and I got off and bought the Frozen cokes! We didn't want to go home and wait forever so we went to my nana's house like I said! At my nana's house, my uncle, cousin, and grandpa watched the game in my grandpa's room while the kids and ladies stayed in the living room! It was so fun at my nana's house but it was an oven in there. Like I couldn't stop sweating due to the fact that all the little kids wanted to play and I had nothing to do! I was so happy to meet my cousin that is so cute, Barbra! It was also cool because we had Pizza!  It was very fun but I wanted to go to the game instead! 😥

We left to pick the two up at about 9:40 and when we got there the line of cars was like a giraffe's neck times 10! We waited in line while my mum and sister laughed at all the people walking past, it was very dangerous because there were multiple people walking on the road while there was a whole side walk for them to walk on! Anywho, it took us forever to get to them but we still made it, it looked like they had fun (which they did), and also had such an awesome time watching the Warriors WIN the game with the score of 20 - 12!

In conclusion, my dad promised me that he would take my mum, little brother, and I with him to the next game which is on the 5th of May Warriors vs. Tigers!

Describing Panmure Pools!

Describing Panmure Pools!
IALT: use figurative language to describe the Panmure lagoon pools!
Kia Ora and welcome to my blog! Tonight I will be blogging a task that was given to me weeks ago (oops, sorry Ms. Aireen and Ms. Komor!) This task is...DESCRIBING THE PANMURE POOLS! In this task given we had to use figurative language to describe that day and what we felt on the day we went to the Lagoon Pools!
Image result for writing

If you don't know what figurative language is, it is using words to express meaning in a story! Different examples of figurative language is, similes, metaphors, onomatopoeia, ect. These things are very important in writing because it gives your story FLAVOUR!
Image result for what is figurative language
One important thing I learnt in this lesson was to control what you are saying! Ms. Aireen taught us to not be fluffy. If you do not know what she meant well here is what she meant! She is saying that we don't want to have work that is messy and all over the place! We want work that is carefully controlled! She especially was talking about me because I said "It was as loud as a Lions roar!" But really it wasn't!

She shared us a DLO that looked like this:
Here is my version that I completed:

Kia Manawanui Talent Show!!

Kia Manawanui Talent Show!!
IALT: reflect on the Kia Manawanui talent show!
On Thursday 5th of April the Kia Manawanui syndicate had a camp fundraiser. We had a…TALENT SHOW!!!

In week 6 Ms. Komor and Ms. Aireen told us about this talent show. We made the groups that we wanted to perform in and made our plan. Me and all of my best friends made a group. In the group we had Stephney, Edith, Grace, Hevani, and I. We decided that we were going to perform a song and also do a Hula! The song that we we performed on the night was Cool down - Kolohe Kai. The hula song that we performed to is Tutuki - Te Vaka

During the practices I was frustrated, tired, and happy at the same time. I found the song hardest during practices because I kept on forgetting my chords and that was not good! We practiced and put all of our effort into both of these performances. About 2 weeks before the night us girls only focused on some of the Hula but put most of our concentration on the song!

After all of the hard times that we had went through and all the fun times we had throughout the practices, it was the BIG day. In the morning block we practiced our class song. The song we were singing as a class was This is me! from the Greatest Showman! We practiced singing and we also practiced doing the actions. I was most nervous about this performance because I was one of the main singers and I was worried about what note I was singing etc. After morning tea we packed up like we normally would after school and made our way down to the hall with our bags etc. We started practicing in our groups and Ms. Aireen pulled out a couple of groups to show her what they have done so far! It was then time for lunch time, we didn't get a lunch time which was really sad but the reason was because we went through the whole entire programe We went through it and what was really sad about it is that, that was the first and last time we would have been able to see each other perform! When we were done with that Ms. Aireen reminded us what time we had to be at school ect. The bell rang for home time and off we all went!

As soon as I got home I jumped in the shower got dressed, got organised and was ready to go. I wore a pule taha and Kiekie (aka a traditional Tongan clothing). As soon as I touched the door knob to leave my Mom yelled at me and said I had to wait for her and my little brother! This made me late and I was a bit mad!!

When we got to school, I ran to the hall and jumped on stage. We practiced the This is me performance and when we were done we had to go to the music room and stay there.
When it was our turn to perform I was so nervous! I loosened up and said to myself, "I can do it, I can do it!" We performed the hula and I was so happy. I had fun with the girls and enjoyed performing with them. When it was our time to perform the band song we walked on stage and as soon as we started to play I made a mistake. I FORGOT TO TURN ON THE KEYBOARD. I was laughing my head off and then we started playing! The c K.M syndicate walked in and watched our performance! It was so cool because we got to watch General Fiyah perform and honestly he did GREAT!

I had so much fun at the talent show and can't wait for more fun like this!
