'Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Psalms 1:1-2 CSB (Christian Standard Bible)

How Happy is the one who does not walk in the advice of the wicked or stand in the pathway with sinners or sit in the company of mockers! Instead, his delight is in the Lord's instruction, and he meditates on it day and night.

To me this verse means those who follow Lord's instructions and follow the right are the ones who are happy and are blessed! Those who stay away from all the sins and keep away from all the trouble and harm are the ones who are able to stay happy and blessed!
